Return Policy

At Ayiti Cherie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within seven days of receiving your order. Please note that our return policy does not include shipping costs or the 5% of purchase donation that goes towards supporting relief efforts in Haiti.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
