• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Ayiti Chérie is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

• For lost packages, please contact us at ayiticherieinfo@gmail.com and we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.

6. Address Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• We cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.
